not bad

Just for shits and giggles, I weighed myself this morning before work, and I actually lost 1.3 pounds.

Pretty awesome for not really getting any exercise all week.

Doctor's appointment tomorrow, and I'll be cleared to work out! woo!

  1. I'm glad you're sticking with it! You've had a lot go on recently but it's definitely motivating to see you STILL lose weight even though your head is hurting and you can't work out! Good work!!

    I'm training for a Century (100 Mile) bike ride in June and I'm losing a lot of weight. I've been at it for 2 weeks and have lost 14 pounds just by eating right and biking every day. I have a lot more weight to lose than you (When I started I had 103 lbs to lose!) but it's nice to *kind of* know someone that shares a common goal with me.

    Again, good work! You're gonna be one of those "success stories" that you hear about on Oprah and Tyra and stuff. hahaha.
