suck

The weekend sucked...had a hard time controling what I was eating since I was staying at a friends place.
And our anniversary was on Tuesday, and I overindulged in sushi.

Back to work, hope I can work it off by the end of the week.  That's my goal.

Current weight: 170.9
Weight to lose until next goal: 5.4 pounds.

  1. How bad is sushi for you? We eat it a lot here... I dont feel like it's too terribly unhealthy because it's just fish and rice. Educate me please!

  2. Kayleen-you're doing awesome, just keep working hard, you'll get there!

    If you eat too much of anything it can be considered unhealthy. Sushi in general is pretty good for you, unless you're pregnant (because of mercury), so keep eating it in moderation.
